I’ve been lucky over the past few years and have traveled to Italy, Singapore, Bangkok, Thailand and Kathmandu, Nepal. I live in the beautiful small harbor town of Gig Harbor, Washington located in the Pacific Northwest. Photography is a passion and a hobby that occupies lots of my time and keeps me in the constant search for the next photo, the next project of photo’s and the next travel destination.
I hope to be able to fill these galleries with pictures of family, friends, travels, events and the photographs that represent a growing collection of my life and how I see the world while on my journey and, if I’m lucky, the ever elusive photograph that I could be proud to call ‘fine art’.
Thank you for visiting and leaving comments. It’s always so much fun to hear from others doing the exact same thing.

A couple of my favorite quotes are;
“I photograph to see what things look like photographed.”
~Garry Winogrand
and
“Art allows us to expand the dimensions of our everyday life.”
~Carlos Jurado
My gallery banner was taken at Bloedel Gardens on Bainbridge Island, Washington. The Bloedel Reserve comprises approximately 150 acres. About 84 acres are second growth forest. The remainder are altered landscapes, including various gardens, ponds and meadows.
The Reserve was once the home of the Bloedel Family, which is primarily responsible for its growth and development.
It is a wonderful place to spend the day and it is a photographers dream.
Call ahead for reservations.
