This Dad and his lovely daughter were at "The Peak" interviewing tourist to find out where we were all coming from and what we liked best about Hong Kong. She could not have been sweeter, her English perfect and her Dad there to help her with her homework assignment.

Unfortunately a couple of mechanical issues popped up. 107 degree temperatures can cause problems.
And it never really ends as pretty as it begins.
Wood fires are banned in Washington State so we had to resort to our gas stove, which worked out perfectly. (L-R) Jeff, Mark, Joe, George, Tom and of course Ruby.
