The month began with a quick trip to Indy to see The Smiths.
Grandson Dane in his Dorm room. Dane is a success in every way imaginable. Good man, happy, considerate, hard working (eh, well maybe not all the time), honest and sincere.
Granddaughter Sadie, a kind, loving, caring and super hard working young girl.
A trip to Brown County on a chilly fall day in southern Indiana. Stopped here at the house of magic and got entertained with a card trick. A really good card trick.
Settling in to the new house.
Personally the house is too big. But it's serves our needs for the time.
Gig Harbor, Wa.
Picked up a couple new lenses. Fuji 16-55/2.8 and a Fuji 90/2. Awesome.
Emma takes up baking as a hobby.
Holy Cow! Emma found some switch in her and has instantly turned in to a Baker. Not just a casual once in a while baker but a full on I can bake anything baker. And it's all so good.
Audi, The Chef is out.
Which means the holidays are upon us and Lisa along with Emma will begin cooking and baking for dozens and dozens of people. Get ready Weight Watchers, see you January.
Eli.
Eli was diagnosed with cancer on his spleen and on his liver. Very fast growing and very large tumors on both. This photo was one of the last photos of him quietly resting in his favorite spot. He was gone just a few weeks after this photo. We loved him so much.
